I'm never, ever, EVER, going to this location again and I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. Their service is sloppy and plain awful. I ordered a plate & bigger plate, was told an item for the bigger plate had 5 more minutes to cook, no big deal. 5 minutes turns into 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and somehow 20 minutes turned into an hour! I consider myself a patient person, but it was ridiculous. After 30 minutes the girl behind the counter said "while the other item is being cooked we ran out of the chicken in your order and it'll be another couple minutes", which by that point I knew it was a bald-faced lie. It took 25 more minutes. And the entire time the girl behind the counter kept going " I'm sorry, 5 more minutes" and it got irritating - sorry does not fix your mistakes. I wasn't even offered a drink, or an extra side, or even a coupon for having to sit there for an hour being lied to. And finally after staring at them the girl behind the counter and had the gall to hold up a bag saying "is this yours?", like, no one else was in line, I sure hope so! Wasn't offered any sauces, had to ask if everything was there - turns out it wasn't - and got another "sorry". Made me mad so I left with the food. Turns out it was all still wrong. Employees need better training, I work in food service with a bit more patience for other food service workers, and even I'm appalled. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never...
Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with an employee, "Fatou." She claimed to be the Manager, which was very difficult to believe because of the poor service experience that I had with her today. She served "Orange Chicken" to me that had hair in it. When I returned it to her she demonstrated terrible customer service with this statement. "I didn't put the hair in it." When I told her that there should be some accountability taken on her behalf because the food was served to me with a very noticeable strand of hair in it and I also told her that I did not appreciate her response; she further stated, "That's the reality." There was no expression of empathy, no apology on behalf of the business, no urgency to fix it even after I told her that, "I like what I got, I just want it without hair in it." (Bowl of Orange Chicken and Fried Rice) She was so indisputably rude, I finally asked for a refund, and departed immediately. After church or following nearby outings, my family and I normally visit this Panda Express (drive through), but we will find a different location that provides the good customer service that we are used to and we deserve it. Read moreFood sucked, service even worse. The girl serving food looked like she wanted us gone immediately. Denied a sample, aggressively kept asking "AND?" And "is that ALL?" To my older parents. I understand having bad days but at least try a little.. the food was less than decent. The noodles were dry and cut into pieces so small you couldn't pick them up. The orange chicken had us questioning if they put the orange sauce on it and the pieces of the chicken were 99% breading. They had no cold bottle drinks and the soda machine is surrounded by wet dish towels. Napkins and cutley are behind the counter and they glare when you ask. My parents were both very disappointed as was I. Charley's is the only saving grace of this mall. Going there next time, they deserve...
