I am so done with this location. This last trip just really put that nail in the coffin. The last time I was there, I put that I would bring my own bags, as I always do, and I was excited, because it seemed like someone finally listened, and he wasn't gonna give me a bunch of plastic bags. I go home and open up my trunk and guess what? Yeah, he just threw all the groceries in my trunk on top of the reusable bags that I had brought. But wait, it gets better! We topped it this time! I didn't bother to put down that I would bring my own bags this time since it doesn't seem to matter, and it seems to confuse most of them. Maybe I should have, and then maybe they wouldn't have forgotten a literal third of my order today. The best they offered me was giving me a basic refund. Oh, did they offer to ship them to me? You know, do the same day grocery delivery thing? Forget that, they absolutely did not. I was told that if I didn't want a refund for my items that they would be here.... three days from now. Yeah, you read that right. They were gonna make me wait three days for my groceries that they had already charged me for that were just basic, everyday groceries. She even went as far as to tell me that something was out of stock. And I was like...it can't be out of stock. It should be in my bag in the back. All you guys have to do is deliver it to my house. Or just be minimally decent and offering me like $5 or something token for the trouble. I get that you guys aren't Amazon, but maybe it's because you've been less successful recently, given the political atmosphere you guys have chosen to take. This isn't even all of the things that have happened to me on this location. This is just been on this trip home. So in four weeks we've managed to rack up two BIG complaints and they're not even the only place I've gotten my groceries from on this trip home. So they've racked up 2 complaints in twice as many weeks. I guess i'm either gonna have to not use target anymore or i'm gonna have to drive a little bit further. But I definitely won't be back here. Nothing convenient about losing your a** going grocery shopping and not even making it home with everything...

If I receive an email that an online order is "ready", I assume it means it is actually ready for immediate handoff when I arrive.
I do not assume it is off in some backroom somewhere away from the pick up area. That it will require 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the pick up area, scan my bar code, then wait another 10+ min for someone to find and bring me the order.
I mean, i could have found the items myself and gone through selfcheck out faster.
While I don't mind shopping at Target in general, if I do online pickup I do so with the expectation of some convenience; otherwise, what is the point?
Also, I have noticed multiple times, other people in line get turned away because they went to the wrong Target for their order. I have fallen victim to this once when my wife sends me to Target. Sounds like a common, systemic problem. Rather than assigning some general name to each location, especially when one name could apply to one of many locations, maybe use something more specific the street name or crossroads.
Feels like Target management doesn't really attempt to solve systemic issues...
Read moreWas just at this location during a tornado warning. I get it. It's tense. We all had to go to the fitting room. My problem isn't with the procedure. I was horrified when the manager on duty, Abby, came over and asked an employee to go clean up an area while we were all waiting. I guess them standing in the fitting room during a tornado warning wasn't OK? The employee rightfully said something like, "I'm not going up there. You told us to come back here during a tornado warning, and I'm doing what I'm supposed to do." I thought it was unacceptable that the employee had to stick up for himself like that. All of this happened in front of us customers, keep in mind. He was absolutely right. Abby made a big deal in making everyone go back but then asked some employees to go to their areas and clean up? I guess this location cares zero about their employees She also asked them to do any training they needed done while they waited.
