Hibachi Boy — Restaurant in Saint Peters

Hibachi Boy is by far the BEST food I think I have ever had! We have been here multiple times, the kids love it, we love it, makes for a perfect dinner within a decent price range. I started this evening out very frustrated as I wanted to call in my order so I didn't have to wait when I got there (I have 2 little kids), I called literally 92 times, of youre familiar with their phone system, you have to keep calling until you reach someone, it doesn't really even ring, well I wanted Hibachi Boy, period, so I called the whole way there and if they didn't answer I was just going to go in and order which is what I ended up having to do. I walked in kind of frustrated, but as soon as I asked if the phone line was down, even though the phone line WASNT down, she explained that they had been SLAMMED, she was so kind, so patient and I dont think I've gotten better service anywhere. My wife goes here frequently. Yesterday I went with her. I had to study the menu, as I did not have any idea on what they had to offer. All I knew was they had sushi, and my wife loves it. They counter employee was friendly and nice. We ordered the appetizer platter to share. I ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl with steamed white rice, and my wife got the jade dragon sushi. Once you order you get your own beverage, but they deliver the food to your table, which is nice. They brought out the appetizer first and the presentation was spot on. All of the items tasted great. They brought out my bowl and it did not look like the picture. On the menu, it is a whole piece of salmon, but I got chunks. Not a big deal and it all tasted great. Next time I will have a little spice to it to give it a kick. My wife sushi showed up and it was impressive on the plating. I do not like sushi, but I my eyeballs wanted to take a stab and try it. Upon arriving at Hibachi Boy, you'll be greeted by friendly staff, who are accommodating and love providing excellent food experiences, they really do a great job of going above and beyond for their customers, this is a family ran shop that I've been going to over the years, they have always provided great food, and even accommodated my love of spice. The restaurant is fast casual and offers dining room seating or takeaway, I always eat in. The menu provides a variety of asian cuisine. Curry, crab rangoon, and rice bombs, are what I had in this particular instance. The crab rangoon was light and crispy, the rice bombs come smothered in a delicious combo of mayo and eel sauce, and my curry was accommodated and modified to add super hot peppers, packing a flavor bomb experience and creamy texture, that delivered in heat.
