I love going to Soul Nutrition whenever I have a free day and wanting to treat myself. The healthy meal-replacement shakes always help me curb my sweet cravings when I'm wanting a certain dessert but trying to stay healthy. The boosted herbal teas have helped me move away from coffee and gives me the kickstart to my day with caffeine and vitamins in delicious drinks that taste like kool-aid without all the sugar! My shake was delicious! I also did get a lever 2 tea which was very scrumptious also! It was my 1st time in a place like this so was not sure on what to get or what was in it. The workers took the time to explain the different products and items. I ended up going with a brownie batter shake and also tried the tea since it was almost coffee time. Showed up to buy a boosted tea because I have had them at other locations before. Was very sad to see that they were not wearing masks and no one was requiring them. I don’t know about everyone else but I don’t want someone making my tea that isn’t wearing a mask and could be spreading covid if they had it.
