Read moreLet me tell you about my experience with this company. So I ordered from them for the first time yesterday. You can't miss my place because it's behind a large dealership, so their driver calls me up acting like he's about five minutes away asking for directions,
I give him directions 30 minutes goes by I don't hear anything, I call back, they told me the driver got lost and ask if is okay for them to come back tomorrow, they didn't even have the decency to call me back and tell me that the driver was lost or that they wouldn't be coming.
When I called back and spoke to a manager and let the manager know that I was recording everything because I do consumer reviews for a living and I need to be able to prove what I say, he tells me he didn't know he was being recorded, but he would come out and deliver the order himself which he did.
So today I call and make another order I ordered 25 vials being advertised for $2.50 they told me when I call in that it was a computer mistake and both this advertisement and the one advertising a low cost ounce and they canceled my orders,
I told them they should have to honor my order because that's what was advertised and they told me if I objected I would be banned from using their store all together.
Keep in mind I have every single interaction with this company fully recorded and preserved electronically, where the calls cannot be altered because they were sent to my other emails immediately afterwards
There's many different directions I can go with this, I can sue in small claims court, I would probably lose because there's probably some disclaimer on their website that would let them off,
however in the recording , when I spoke to Raul he informed me that this happens all the time so they may not be able to use this as an excuse, when they are fully aware that this is a common problem
because then one could argue it becomes a intentional bait and switch for them to use this as a bait and switch to bring people in, and to take a attention from people that are honoring their advertisements which is what I explained to Raul.
They haven't contacted me to try to give me some discount or to try to make it right some how. Raul did take my number and I felt an indication that may happen , I'll give it sometime then decide where I want to take this, I could just give everything to a rival store they would be able to use it as a reason people should go with them and not trust...
