The state st entrance into parking lot which is for handicap and marigold event performers denied me to park with my placard eventhough behind the man was a sign stating it was for both. During Friday nights opening this lot was 2/3 empty due to not being allowed to park. 2nd the BEST POT handicap toilets had no t.p. nor hand sanitizer in the 2 I tried to use. 3rd the music was amped up so loud people were leaving because of it. Drove 50 minutes to see the WB festival. Regrettably, it wasn’t as good as I had imagined. Stage performers were not professional singers and dancers and the Philippines music and dance were quite boring. I found the Chinese performance was better. The Spanish paella was delicious!
