It's a great place to buy a little souvenir for your friends and loved ones too. I speak Japanese so I aways talk to the owner in Japanese, and it's a breathe of fresh air to converse in Japanese in a town like Salinas. She gives me suggestions, and keeps me updated on products sold there. I normally visit in the morning so there won't be any crowd since it's a relatively small store.
