The staff are so friendly and helpful especially to my kids! They even gave my son a complimentary smoothie for his first week of school. I love ordering on mobile app. Servers are all friendly and attentive. They have always got my order correct and without a long wait even when it’s crowded. I love Jamba rewards and online mobile orders. My signature drink is the Orchard Oasis that’s not on the menu. Whenever I request it, they take the time to look up the recipe and make it. i went in on thursday around 4 and ordered what i usually order and the girl on the register was so rude and passive for no reason she just had a mean attitude, made me feel so uncomfortable!! i saw her keep picking on some kiddo there like she was some bully. he was doing his job and she kept telling him to do what he was already doing. she had glasses and she was on the shorter side. i really hope someone tells her off or fires her how are you supposed to get more customers when the store environment is so uncomfortable it makes me not want to go again and it's the only jamba close to...
