Delicious food, they are very welcoming, if there is something wrong with the order they don’t hesitate to fix it. We come here often. I usually order a quesabirria or quesadilla. My daughter loves the sopes and tacos. My husband likes their asada burrito. I’ve had many of their plates and they’re all good. They also have Taco Tuesday. My dad’s favorite. First time I ate at this place the tacos were very good and I had thought we finally found a go to taco place in Madera. But recently the meat has absolutely no flavor, not even salt. The salsa has no flavor either, I just tasted spicy. I know the owner has a lot of potential but I don’t know if he hired new people to cook or what happened, but he needs to realize that his food is not the same. My first time here was almost magical. The taco de lengua gave me flashbacks of my youth in Mexico. They were incredible. Tender lengua, the little yellow tacos with a hint of sweetness, it was perfect. The burrito was meh.

Today, it was a bit disappointing, dry over cooked meat, it was not close to what I had before.
