I recently starting coming here and have absolutely loved all the staff. They are so kind and professional. I have seen both Jackie and Celeste! I love them both so much and trust them with my life (or should I say my face 🙃😉).

Jackie was so kind, patient and reassuring with my newby worries and concerns. She is such a sweetheart (kept checking pain level to make sure I was comfortable) and is as detail oriented as I am so I have been extremely pleased with my lips so far, they are still healing but everything is looking great so far. When she showed them to me with the mirror, it may have been the first time I’ve seen someone and didn’t have any tweaks or feedback. I am a perfectionist so that’s a big deal! They were absolutely perfect and exactly like the inspiration photos I showed her but tailored to my facial structure and proportions. I am so impressed and grateful for her talent!

I saw Celeste for Botox and she is so awesome! I love how confident and experienced she is! She has been doing Botox for over 7 years and actually teaches Botox courses which helped me feel comfortable with her. I’ve heard so many horror stories about incorrectly injected Botox. She had really great feedback tailored directly to the concerns I expressed. She did this without getting too crazy or going too far as she accurately understood I desired to be a more natural and low maintenance client. She really helped me figure out what areas and how many units to use so I would be comfortable with the end results. I really appreciated how well she listened to me and that she took the time to bring up images and give me some education on Botox for the areas we were doing and how each area worked with the muscles and how it would affect my face once in full affect. I think that was key for me! She’s also really funny which helped calm some nerves.

I do not recommend getting Botox here. Jackie did my injections and she ignored where I wanted them placed. I made it very clear that my biggest concern was around my eyes (crows feet) and SOME on my forehead, however she placed most of the injections in the center of my forehead and in between my eyebrows. It has been a week, and my eye brows look so silly. Back in January I went to another spa, same amount of units, and they did such a nice job with evenly distributing the Botox on my forehead so my eyebrows moved in the regular motions. Now it looks like the center of my t zone is paralyzed, while the sides of my forehead (above my brows) wrinkle, and my eyebrows look bizarre and some spots of my brows do not move while other spots do. In addition, it was very rushed and she didn’t even mark the spots where I needed the Botox placed. She also was pushing me to get 50 units when I knew I only needed 30 based on the experience I had back in January at another spa. After I made it clear I was not going up to 50, she mentioned that I would probably need to come back to get more units. It’s almost like she injected everything into the center of my forehead and between my brows just so I’d have to go back?Disappointed with spending $330 at this spa, and now I’ll have to visit another spa to correct the uneven spots and add more units...
