Edited review since company claims I was not a customer. I strongly advise against visiting this nail spa if you care about nail health and quality service. I went in February as a walk-in customer, drawn in by the beautiful Roman-inspired decor. However, my experience with the staff was extremely disappointing.
First and foremost, no proper manicure was performed—just a rushed and uneven trimming of my nails. There was no attention to nail health, and the technician handled my nails aggressively, despite my attempts to ask for more gentleness. The language barrier made communication difficult, and instead of trying to accommodate my requests, the staff resorted to speaking negatively about me in their native language—which I later translated from a recording.
The application process was sloppy, with glue left all over my skin. They also fail to keep their polish selection updated, only informing customers last minute when a color is unavailable. While my nails may have looked decent at first, the rushed and careless approach left me feeling dissatisfied—especially considering I paid full price for a service that felt unprofessional and unhygienic.
If you prioritize nail health, proper technique, and respectful service, I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable salons in Utah that prioritize both beauty and nail safety. The company has since attempted to deny my visit, but I’ve attached proof of my transaction via my credit card...
Read moreThis place is lovely!! I had just gotten paid and decided to treat myself to a nail day. They took me as a walk in and offered me either coke or water as a refresher. It looks and smells clean!! No one rushed me or anything !!
On to the reason it’s a 3 star… First, I’m a nail tech in training and one thing I noticed was the fact that it looked as if my nail tech was using sanding bits that had already been USED! The nail files he had been using were also used. However I do have to hand it to him for a beautiful shaping job. However while filing, BECAUSE the nail file had already been used, he had to apply a lot more pressure in order to shape my nails. He also did not know the grit of it That left me leaving with an unreasonable amount of pain. I was charged 10$ JUST for shaping…. I wanted a complex design but I had to leave sooner than I thought so we settled on a 3d beetle. I did. Like the thought of it but once it was on my nails I ended up talking it off once I got home. Personally, I would recommend others to this place if they were tight on money or just needed a quick in and out but I...
Read moreI visited the salon to get my heels taken care of (as it was advertised as one of their specialty in one of the package) and brought my mom along for a pedicure. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The girl who did my pedicure was "just" okay; she suggested a service package that I went with. However, the service was just average—nothing extraordinary or particularly enjoyable. I ended up having to take care of my heels myself later because they weren't done properly or to my liking. The nail color I received was different from what I had expected, and although I wasn't happy with it, I let her finish rather than ask for a change because I felt her being annoyed by that. I removed it as soon as I got home and did it myself (again). The only reason I gave so many stars is that my mom was satisfied with her service. Overall, I felt disappointed because I didn't receive what I anticipated for the money I spent. I will take my Mom there but won't have any pedicure done for myself anymore. Nothing is customized and it was just a standard service no matter what service...
