Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center Dominion Creek — Attraction in San Antonio

On June, 2024, I visited Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center Dominion Creek and purchased two filler and over 100 units of Botox. Nurse practitioner administered the filler and at her recommendation placed the filler on my lower chin. She insisted i get two fillers instead of only one that I wanted and since she supposedly is the expert i followed her advice. I explained I had an engagement to attend in in the following week. After a three days with the filler, my chin started to feel irrigated and red. It further started feeling hot to the touch. I made another appointment with Beverly Hills to discuss that a boil started building in the area where she injected the filler. Nurse made the following comments that i was probably my dirty nails, or something I did and why I didn't come sooner. When I told her i was leaving out of town for the engagement. She was blaming me for what has happened. She was extremely unprofessional and very rude. And when someone places blame is because they are guilty of something.

I have made repeated calls to their facility about my treatment and botched chin. I have asked for medical assistance, and they have basically left me to find a solution for my on-going problem. They have made no attempt to assist me all they did was refer me to a dermatologist. When i specially said i have no insurance so all of this would be out of pocket cost to me. I also begged for them to give me antibodies to help which they finally did. Not everyone that goes for fillers as the disposal income some of us save to make ourselves look and feel pretty once and awhile. I now have a permanent scar, and my chin is completely botched. I now can not even look at myself. They have ruined me completely. I have continual infections in the area I was injected since June. I deal with the issue daily and having to continue to buy medical grade patches to cover and keep the wound clean. The injection sight has become an open wound in which I have to deal with cleaning an accumulation of bacteria that oozes from it. I feel helpless, and I cry about it daily since Beverly Hills has botched my face. They have refused to help me, or help deal with my situation in a professional matter. The owner has told me I am on my own basically and the nurse basically accused me of having hygiene issues that I caused my own infection. For this reason, I am going to place my complaint in every social media, file a formal complaint with the medical board, and will be seeking an attorney. I will say this they refunded me the two fillers but not the Botox. They wouldn't even refund me the Botox that over $1,000.00 to help with all the costs I have done with my botched chin. I Do not recommend coming to them at all!!! Please do your research.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The same person owns all of the Beverly Hills here in San Antonio. Which I thought would find a solution to my problem below. He scheduled me at the location at the Dominion, then received a treatment as a way to try to make up for what they did at another location on TPC pkwy. He did Kybella and used no type of numbing product which I believe was in retaliation for a bad review. That mess hurt sooooo bad. Before he even started the process, he threatened not to do anything for me unless I signed some papers. The paperwork I signed stated basically said I couldn’t do anything regarding the work performed. He very sarcastic said I can leave my location at a one star review and do t have to do anything for you. My hands were tied and I was left with less butt and desperate to get a solution so I signed the paperwork. He then promised he would do some type of machine to make my rear grow only to do nothing after I had signed the paperwork. He asked me to remove my review if I wanted him to fix my issue. I was sick with the threats. This is what happened to me below.

I’m so discussed with the treatment I have received. Seems like the technicians they have are not very well trained. The cooling pads for cool sculpting, were placed on my butt checks. I was already not gifted in that area. This really leaves a mark on a woman. I don’t know what I was thinking when I went back two weeks later and asked for Botox thinking it was just an area they were not an expert in. I received the Botox and about a week later I could not move my face. I asked to speak to the owner and he threatened not to do anything unless I signed some papers. He has still not fixed my issues buyer. Beware I would go to this place. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. And their technicians are not...
