Bar 301 — Restaurant in San Antonio

It pains me to make this review, but i hope it reaches the owner or at least GM to solve a big issue that occurred last night 2/8. We had a group of about 10 outside on the patio around 9:30pm. I requested service from a young blond server (don't know her name) and right away it was obvious she was in a horrible mood and seemed like she didn't want to help us. After the 3rd or so time of me reaching out to her for service for our table, i asked her if we did something to offend her to figure out why she was so disrespectful towards us to which she just replied "this is just who i am" so i said ok can you please send another server for us, all of my friends were disappointed with the service. About 30 minutes later the "manager " came up to my table and confronted me saying the waitress complained to him that i was FLIRTING WITH HER??? All of my communication towards her was always in front of the group i was with so that was confirmed very quickly to be false. When i explained to the manager what actually happened his only response was "I'm here to address the complaint towards you" this is completely the wrong way to handle a situation and needs to...

I would put a one star if possible. The service was bad right from the beggining when we walked in. We didnt know if we were supposed to sit down ourselves or there was a hostess. Then once we sat down and someone brought a menu she said they didnt have food bc apparently the cook didnt arrive. But she said we could order from the place next to it since it was the same owner, so we did. They said it would take about an hour, it was a long time but we agreed sinxe we were gonna have some drinks anyways. So after the hour and 20.min we asked the waitress if the food was almost ready, she said she was going to check. 15 min later the manager came and told us there was some confusion on the kitchen so our order wasnt ready and if we still wanted it it would take about 20 more min. Thats when we realized probably they hadnt even out our order in. Imagine in total almost 2 hours if we would've waited. Stopped in last night as my husband and I used to go here frequently and it had been a long time. Wish we hadn’t. The place was a mess, and the service was the worst I’ve ever had. After waiting for a server to come see us at our table, my husband went to the bar to order drinks where he continued to wait where he went unattended while the two bartenders carried on their conversation. When he finally got a drink again it was a long period of time before we were asked if we wanted anything else. When we did, the waiter then proceeded to forget to bring us our order. Manager apologized, but the place was a mess with very loud music and a large party that had obviously had too much to drink being disruptive. This place used to have a good atmosphere and was one of our favorite places to stop in at, not sure we will return again.
