I wish I could give zero stars. Worst restaurant experience We’ve ever had! The customer service was terrible! And they scam you! The waitress does not know what she’s doing. We had to ask for plates, had to ask for water, asked twice for the sauce for our daughter, her food was cold by the time she got sauce. Our food came out at different times. My roll came out 15-20 min after my husbands and daughters food, the waitress apologized and then she brought me out the wrong roll. Other tables got served sushi, and I was sitting waiting. She told us the other table had a large order and they came before us, which is not true, we were there first. Mind you there are only about 8 total people in the whole restaurant and two chefs. When she finally got my order brought out correctly, she said she would see if she can get a discount for my meal. She did not give me any discount. We also noticed every single item on our ticket was priced higher than the menu, so I mentioned that. She told me she thinks it’s tax added. That’s the scam! Everything was marked up not because of tax, because apparently they charge a card fee for every item you order, which is not written anywhere or mentioned anywhere. Terrible all around. Too bad the food was good, this would have been our regular sushi place, being that we just moved to the area from seattle. Do not come here! It’s not worth it! This is one of my favorite restaurants; sushi is delicious and always fantastic quality, so no issues there. Usually we have a wonderful time dining in, but unfortunately today was not one of those days.

Our food came out quickly which was just fine, but by the time we were ready for the check, the restaurant was quite busy, which shouldn’t be a problem for four servers in a tiny space. We waited and waited for our check, around 20 minutes, which was annoying because we really just wanted to eat and then leave. Our waitress looked extremely busy, and had significantly more tables then her counterparts, which I felt was unfair to her. She ran all over the place as her coworkers chatted lazily by the cash registers.

We attempted to wave over a separate server to ask her if she could get a manager for our check, but she simply gave us a look and turned back to continue chatting with her friends. This really put me off, and I began to get upset. The manager eventually came over with our bill, finally, and we were able to pay. Our waitress finally came back to collect and apologized, saying she had gotten extremely busy, which was valid: she clearly was extremely busy thanks to having every table in the restaurant.
