I have to be truthful about this I asked Joe to take my MLS listing down he said that he did and it takes days for it to come down, that was incorrect the day that Central Texas multiple listing service noted out the error the MLS listing came down off of Houston association of Realtors that day, very incorrect joe, I had to reach out to Houston association Realtors because my listing was still active and things were affecting trying to get Zillow up and running for sale by owner, but Joe said he knew it all,at that time at point I had to reach out to Central Texas multiple listing service the guy at that company said that Joe had put in the wrong information and thats why the information didn't come down, also one weekend my multiple listing service came down and Joe had reached out to me and said he had problems with the board that was strange so I went without ever tiesman for MLS for a few days b,but when he put the incorrect information in to take down the MLS listing and all that stuff that was kind of a jokehe did it in correctly there's been a couple times that he did not get back with me but I kind of overlooked that but many times I asked him to send some emails off the Zillow about my z estimate he said that he did send stuff off we've been trying to do zestimate updating,for a while. and I keep trying to edit zestimate and a error comes up with the contact your realtor to edit, so he is still tied in somehow,when I told Joe a person from Zillow sent me email stating get with your agent and he wouldn't accept fault on that issue I am just stating what Zillow said what was going on but he Joe said he took MLS down which infact he didn't do it correctly today I still can't edit Zillow because there's a error coming up, and technical support is looking into it, so be careful people on who you choose,it was very truthful with Joe about a lot of stuff, you always have to be upfront with people, that's the best way to do business practices, if somebody is flying by the seat of their pants in life eventually their pants come off and they're standing with no customers, that's our opinion, I hope he's not mad because I took the MLS listing down , but I wasn't really getting any calls on it I get more calls for sale by owner and the day that I took down the MLS listing the next day my phone started blowing up with phone calls and I started getting a lot of views of a lot of people paying attention there's a guy up in New York I think where I first started this (MLS he's a joke) listing that's connected with Joe that takes the money for MLS listings that guy's a couple can short of a six-pack and I come to find something out that he lied to me about some stuff but it's okay God sees everything. I have to be truthful about this I feel that an MLS listing when you pay for it and you may not get what you're getting for your money's worth or for your advertisement and also I noticed that there's some people that were writing bad reviews on Joe that he does not get back with them I called Joe a few times in the past and he did not get back with me but he has reached out I think maybe his workloads a little bit too much,or something else. I called the other the day before yesterday to have him give me a call and he still hasn't called he might be upset that I didn't want anything to do with the MLS listing so at this time of point I've been filing a bunch of complaints and paperwork that needs to be filed, other REALTORS I will go ahead and put a complaint on him with the Austin Texas so trec office and they can go ahead investigate all this information it's very sad that people do things like this to people but it's also said that when somebody says that they do something that they don't do it and then you have to sit here and reach out to other companies to try to figure out why things are still up not working,needs to come down,for not putting in the correct information and data and input into their computer to try to get this situation resolved thank you and...

It’s been three weeks now and we’ve only heard from him once through the realtor but the convo got ys nowhere… I’ve called multiple times as a buyer, my realtor has called, texted AND emailed multiple times. We even have our lender and another agent calling multiple times… Still can’t get a hold of anyone not even to let us know that they received our offer!
