I used to love this place and had given a 5 star review but the service I received today changed my opinion and made me delete that review. I came in at 7:30pm today, I rode my bicycle 35 minutes each way to come get flower from y'all, I come in and the lady at the counter was very rude. As soon as I walked into the shop on the phone with someone I asked her for help and she just ignored me and stayed on the phone for an additional 1-2 minutes while I was waiting for her to hang up to be able to help me. I asked her which strains were indica, hybrid etc. she snappily told me its on the jar, when i asked her again she responded even ruder than before telling me its on the jar (cause I thought she was talking about strain name when really I was talking about if it was hybrid, sativa, or indica) there was a specific jar that did not have a label on there and that's the one I was asking about. She was very rude to me the entire time but to the other customers she was respectful and friendly. When I asked her to confirm that it was the 14gs I had requested, she just said " yeah its 14gs" very irritated like I was annoying her She didn't even weigh the product in front of me or show me the weight on the scale. I did not want to ask her to weight it in front of me because of her rude service I just wanted to get out of there. I don't know if I would ever be willing to come to the shop again, its not worth the 35 minute bike ride both ways to be treated the way I was today, especially since I don't even know if I'm getting the right amount of the product I purchased because of the lack of customer service and the treatment of the lady...
