Shamu Theater — Attraction in San Antonio

Barred from entering and waiting in the sun with NO shade OR place to sit to get into the theater was a tremendous health hazard for the young children and elder members of our group. When I asked for help, I was told, they'd be opening in a minute. I was told this by three different people (one with a bad attitude and one was a manager) three times in 20 minutes. Way too long in direct sunlight. Once we got in, they were selling drinks and spritzing fans.
