Barred from entering and waiting in the sun with NO shade OR place to sit to get into the theater was a tremendous health hazard for the young children and elder members of our group. When I asked for help, I was told, they'd be opening in a minute. I was told this by three different people (one with a bad attitude and one was a manager) three times in 20 minutes. Way too long in direct sunlight. Once we got in, they were selling drinks and spritzing fans. Can't help but wonder if that was their intent all along - to try make us desperate enough to buy whatever they were selling. I hope they treat the animals better than their guests. The show...
