Usually single day single entry pass and costly but yearly membership is at better rates. Membership includes parking also. But the catch is the guest pass is available on rolling calendar basis. Even you buy platinum membership which allows 8 guests you will get only 2 guests at a time. It accumulated on quarter basis. On saturday and sunday its open till 9pm and stats at 10:30am At entry longer lines are for straller holders while people without strallers can get through side gates which usually has shorter queues. best shows must visit : sea lion , whale and penguine. Rest shows are okay. Imagine the ocean is a theatre type feeling with a screen and I don't like it much. You cannot see all shows or you will end up in one type of activity only -steel eel is the longest ride and recommended. Very fun go in the summer because that’s when all the rides are open I recommend to go for a family vacation or summer,but it is very over priced 2 towels cost 44 dollars the rides are very fun you should definitely check this place out the staff can be very rude or very nice and helpful but they are mostly just mean but they do help a whole lot sometimes the rides get broken a lot tho if you go in the winter there will be like no rides open so I recommend just to go in the summer and the parking for your car general parking IS 50 DOLLARS and the obstacle course no one does it correctly I tried to do it but most of the people would use it as floaters it was so annoying and the lifeguards don’t even care that they are doing it wrong and the lifeguards are so over protective like people can’t get on someone’s back and you can’t even jump in to a pool that is 5 feet but the food is very good like the fries are the best and the other the best food I have ever had overall I think this is a good...

Very rude customer service and made us feel like we didn’t belong there. From one employee to look at my baby in a very bad way just for getting close to her, I know we look and are Mexicans but there’s no need to be discriminating no one, there’s so many tourist why not make them feel welcome, to another one correcting my wife when she spoke English, another one getting mad at us for asking how does the refill all day works.
