For us, the chicken was the highlight of the meal here. The dark meat (leg and thigh) was juicy, tender, and smoky with the skin lending a lot of flavor. The ribs were also flavorful and meaty, but could be a little more tender and were also on the drier side. The brisket was a bit of a disappointment with the meat being almost flavorless and on the dry and chewy side. Unlike the chicken and ribs, the brisket needed to be eaten with BBQ sauce.

For sides, we enjoyed the simple side salads but found the green beans way too peppery. We even rinsed the green beans in water and found the kick of the black peppers had been cooked into the beans.

The fries that came with our meat were passable and mediocre.

1 star top to bottom You get in line and grab a tray… the trays are gross. The line moves extremely slow because the workers are moving extremely slow and seem like they don’t want to be there. Not even being dramatic there was only 7 people in line in front of us and it took nearly 25-30 minutes to get our food and pay. The food was actually atrocious. We paid $48 after our 30% member discount. We got a piece of chicken, 3 pieces of ribs, a small side of Mac and cheese, 1 cupcake, 1 regular drink cup, and a cheesecake slice. The food was ok but there were pieces of bone in the pulled pork. But other than that the food was ok. It was not worth $104 for a family of three. The main problem was the rudeness of the people working. My wife is highly allergic to chicken. The lady making the plates was handling all the meat with the same gloved hand. When I tried to explain that by fixing a chicken plate then fixing a pulled pork plate with out changing gloves was cross contamination. She said so.
