I had the worst experience ever at Harbor Market in San Antonio, Texas, this past weekend. With temperatures nearing 100 degrees, there was no ice available anywhere in the market, which was completely unacceptable. Staying hydrated in such extreme heat is crucial, and the lack of basic amenities like ice only added to our discomfort.
The food situation was even more frustrating. The lines were barely moving due to an apparent shortage of staff. I had placed an order online in advance, thinking it would save time, but that was not the case. By the time we finally got our food, stood in line to prove it was paid for, we had been waiting a total of 61 minutes! To make matters worse, the food was cold and completely unenjoyable when we finally got it.
The entire experience was a logistical nightmare. Several staff members were not friendly and seemed overwhelmed. The market was very unorganized, with no clear direction or management presence to handle the crowd. Harbor Market could definitely use some serious management training and better organization to improve both customer experience and staff efficiency.
Overall, I would not recommend Harbor Market to anyone. It was a disappointing experience from start to finish, and I hope they make significant...
Read moreI'm gonna say in my opinion Sea World must be in some kind of financial distress. The water cooler machine seemed like they just turned it on, as only one row was cold. (Cost savings?) The Asian cuisine we ordered was also cold, and I don't me not hot, I mean it was cold, like it was saved from the prior day and attempted a reheat. The fried rice was crunchy. The soda machine was out of ice and one was inoperable. The other machine they had there was crowded and disgusting, trash cans had no liners and you could smell yesterdays rot. It saddens me as I loved this...
Read moreWildy, embarrassingly overpriced and the quality of food is among the worst I’ve ever had. The hilariously usurious $20 burger was devoid of even the barest, thinnest iota of flavor and the kid’s nuggets were inferior in quality to McDonald’s if such a thing were even possible. Whoever runs this park should be ashamed of themselves for asking people to pay for this hog slop, except that they’re obviously lacking in shame because they are in fact asking people to pay Babylon Bee-level sarcastically unreal prices for...
