Stater Bros. Markets — Local services in San Bernardino

Jesus I'm not sure what happened here must of been a hack on my Google account. I have never put a bad review for stater bros at all this is my first time using this form stater bros. I love the service I get at stater bros and the fresh products consistently, I find what I need and if I can't find something I simply ask a stater bros employees and they are always very friendly respectful polite and helpful. I am submitting this review now and I want clarify that the stater bros that I am referring to is in upland on baseline and mountain and also the staters on foothill and mountain inn upland and. Stater brother on del Rosa and highland in San Bernardino and stater bros on waterman and baseline in San Bernardino. All four locations have been consistent and very helpful. I have even witness these locations personally buying a homeless individual food provided them with sanitizing wipes water and vitamin water. It was really nice to witness these things, love for the community and great service. Sometimes people need help and are hungry. I prefer stater bros over other markets because of obvious reasons and mainly the employees that they hire. Great people and diverse the way it should be. Everybody has beauty in them and it's good for customers. Sorry for the inconvenience I hope this review makes up for what happened with my phone's privacy. I just got a new one. So rude. The manager at the door was nice and greeted me, I told him I needed help with balloons so he instructed a girl to help me in the back. I followed her and first watched her tell another girl to help her do it so she can go on break, and the girl she told looked like she was rudely interrupted by the task, smacks her lips as if its such a burden to her and I'm literally standing right there its crazy. Doesn't acknowledge me, just looked so annoyed since she was busy fixing the produce area. The girl I first followed tells her she'll start the balloons but can she finish them, then keeps walking to the back and I just stop right there and wait bc she doesn't give me instructions or anything since she just leaves to an employee only area I don't think I can go to. Anyways the original girl I think is who did the balloons bc she's the one who brought them over to me nicely afterwards. But that one girl in the produce area jeez! Should be in the back stocking things AWAY from people since she's clearly not a people person. I'm literally picking up balloons to take to the cemetery and this just didn't have to be this way. They're just balloons it literally took 5...

Customer service is horrible the employees here act as if they don't need your business. This store relies on food stamps and wic checks so this is why they can care less they feel like they are going to get paid regardless especially with the county building right across the street. The security guards are horrible as previously stated in a recent review the guards are racial profiling people and they will follow you around the store. Even though I work nights and get off early mornings and will normally stop by before I head home the employees treat me as if I'm some bum who waited outside until the store opened so that I could come in and keep warm. The prices are sky high and the produce is always old and rotten the meat is always old and smelly and the food on the shelf is getting ready to expire and they have the nerve to charge an arm and a leg. I will drive across town before I give stator bros my money. People work hard for their money start bros employees should have to do the same. I worked for stator bros in another city when I was younger and it's not that hard come on people...
