Black's Beach — Attraction in San Diego

BEWARE HUMAN TRAFFICKING HOT SPOT. The beach itself is gorgeous but for some reason this beach is a hot spot for traffickers. Twice now I’ve been approached and followed by people I would identify as groomers. What seems to be fake “for sale” cars parked in the lot to deter suspicion of loitering. And weird men hiding around the brush on the trail who follow close and stare. One man fully dressed not in any beach attire, gold watch and dark sweats just standing and watching women while smoking a cigar. He stood right next to my towel just openly staring at me. He moved further away when I got on the phone with my dad. But he never stopped staring. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT ABOUT RACE. This is 100% based off of gut instinct and demeanor/body language. I post these photos so that if this man is seen doing the same thing or something happens to someone, there’s a photo that can hopefully link to that person’s whereabouts. I’m nearly 100% sure that he was scouting for human trafficking . He Looked like he was out of place yet there for a specific purpose. I did not like his body language at all. He stood way too close to my towel and would not break his stare despite my visible discomfort. I decided to leave and he got on the phone as soon as I stood up. I’m almost certain they have 1 guy down below hunting and he just phones his partner who’s waiting and watching for women coming up that trail. It looks like there’s only 1 way in and 1 way out. Lots of hiding spots. I’ve been harassed twice now which is every time I’ve been here.. when I finally got up to my car a different dude who looked younger knocked on my window and asked me if I wanted to “hangout” when I wouldn’t roll down my window he continued to stand there and wait. I’m 100% there is human trafficking rings operating out here at blacks beach. Check your car for tags, any weird markings and watch your surroundings. I will never come back alone. The man pictured did NOT have the body language of someone who was just awkward at socializing, he was looking for a target and using his demeanor to cause discomfort in other women who eventually he would then come to approach. This is a predator tactic used to reverse the awkward feeling back onto you and make you as the woman try to “diffuse” the feeling by playing nice or interacting out of self consciousness . Do not fall for that. This man was smug from the way he was standing there with his cigar to the way he was aggressively staring in hopes that you would react in a way that he could use as an invitation to come over and interact. He had this weird stalling behavior and an underhanded half wave like he was trying to get your attention without drawing attention to himself or make it look as though you invited him over. I just openly started snapping photos to see if he would leave. He still did not. Never tell anyone you are alone. And be wary of anyone who still try’s to approach you despite having headphones in and reading a book. This man is working he is NOT...
