I used to really love this library, been coming here with my kids since they were toddlers, and we are coming up to the age where they are really coming into a good relationship with God, and I wanted to check out some books that I enjoyed growing into my faith. I am in the children's section looking around, I see the Jewish sections, a wall for LGBTQR, almost every other religion or path of life. I ask where the christian books are for children, and was brought to a very tiny section in which most of the books were NOT about Christianity I asked someone where they were, and the response I got was " We already know Christian history so we don't keep any books like that here". I was floored. It seems as if they exclude Christians from this library which isn't really inclusive of everyone. So thanks for making us feel excluded from enjoying our local library. The kids space is our favorite. I love how it is removed from the main space of the library. I love all the wonderful reading programs they offer seasonally.
