Ambience: it's a bit of a hole in the wall, which isn't bad...I'll be honest though, go to the bathroom before you get there. To get to the bathroom you go through the kitchen. When I happened to go I think they had just cleaned the restroom so the smell of cleaning product was overwhelmingly strong. Hey, at least you know it's clean though!

Service: the woman who served us was very nice and thoughtful. The food came out pretty quickly.

Food: I got the chicken swarma plate which comes with warmed pita, saffron rice, garlic dip, hummus, chicken, and salad or soup. The pita isn't anything special, it looks and tastes like store bought. The hummus is amazing! Super smooth and flavorful...the rice was delicious and not greasy, the chicken was tasty, moist, and delicious! And the garlic dip...oh my god...the garlic dip is so yummy!

I was VERY excited to try this place given that I am from the same overseas area (Syria/Palestine) the owners are from. Maybe my expectation was set too high and was really craving some homemade food but truthfully, left me a bit disappointed. Meat kabobs were not as moist as they should be. The hummus was saturated with tahini sauce and a bit runny, not generous with the pita bread either. Additionally, I'm a very social outgoing person and really appreciate welcoming hosts in an establishment. I felt the hostess/waitress wasn't very personable or hospitable which is rare among the Middle Eastern people in general. With that said, her personality really turned me off which was unfortunate as her demeanor really doesn't represent the welcoming "family oriented" nature of Middle Eastern people. I...

I went with a friend and we split a Combo for Two. It's a LOT of food even for two and I especially like their kebabs: shish, chicken and Kafka. Their Gyros is also delicious and a sandwich of it is onlyi $5.95. I had one of their Mint Lemonades, which I like a lot, partially because of its deep green color. I'm not ordinarily big on mint but I really like this lemonade. I let my friend taste it but she said that she doesn't like mint and therefore did not care for it. The lady who's a co-owner was on vacation and I super like her a lot. She's very sweet, kind, welcoming, etc. So I missed her but her daughter was their and she waited on us.
