DENIED TO EVER BE SEEN TO GET NAILS DONE. ZERO STARS IN MY OPINION. -I showed up at 6:40 I know late but told them I can come back at a better time. They told me to wait 30 minutes which I did. I picked out my colors while waiting. The lady was coughing and sounded super sick. With her mask off. I didn’t mind and tried to tell her I can just get a plain manicure and come back tomorrow but she said it was fine.

She kept getting up and doing other stuff . I felt she didn’t grab all the cuticle I needed so I grabbed a push back to shove them for her while she was gone. She then handed me the cuticle cutter and told me to do it. I asked if she was sure and I said okay. I accidentally cut myself and she said that now she can’t do it. I asked once it heals if I can come back she kept telling me no even if I asked for an appointment. Wasted a whole hour here to be told they can’t do my nails. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER

I Did not volunteer as stated you came over and handed me the cuticle cuter and said you do it. I would not have cut myself if you would have sat doing my nails like you were supposed to or have asked if I needed the cuticle cut more. So unprofessional. Handing your equipment to a customer is wrong. If anything you put me at risk. Please don’t come here. Being nice and understanding certainly backfired...

Found this salon and was very happy with service for almost a year. Amy introduced me to another nail tech at the same salon one day when she was busy, very sweet girl can’t remember her name who sat behind her, but when I called and asked if she was in Amy informed me she no longer worked there and I was no longer welcomed as a customer as well I’m assuming because I asked for the Second Lady lol. So i guess as long as you don’t upset Amy this is a decent place.

Update since Amy decided to text me and harass me saying she doesn’t like me and I have a disrespectful attitude. Hilarious being that I’ve been coming to you again for almost a year and there was no problem until I asked for another technician because Amy made me uncomfortable my last visit. When asked, where do I get my nails done, umm, Wilder nails of course. Since day 1 when I walked in randomly, new to Cali, looking to get my nails done, Amy greeted me with nothing but friendliness. I was originally getting my nails dipped and Amy suggested overlay, not that I knew the difference but she’s the expert. I never looked back after that and it’s been almost a year. It has been great customer service every time I enter the shop. Amy is quick, efficient and I have never had an issue. The shop is clean, everyone is professional, a great playlist of music, prices are reasonable, what more could you want. Best local nail shop!...
