It's a strip mall with a small number of shops located in a variety of buildings scattered around the shopping center. Anchored by Gelsons and having a few other smaller shops, it's unremarkable. Actually, I couldn't tell you what's in this shopping center besides a gas station and Gelson's. That said, the parking is decent, with enough space for the larger vehicles common in Del Mar. I think because of the layout of the different buildings, it's not the sort of place you'd go to walk around like you would at the Flower Hill Mall, located right across the street.
