TIM Gordon is a great buyer. We were first time sellers and in WAY OVER OUR HEADS. He offered us a fair price in the middle of a potentially disastrous plumbing crisis. (It turned out ok but who knew that!) He helped us remove what I’ll call “squatters”, and paid for part of our plumbing “problem” which he did NOT have to do. He even put my daughter up in a hotel..just to get it done. In turn we bought a successful business, 3 to 4 houses in Florida (I’m still doing it) and traded in our old cars (clunkers) for nearly new (reliable) vehicles....For my entire family!!!!
