If you’re craving the authentic, flavorful, and perfectly balanced Indian food in Pacific Beach, look no further than Himalayan Spice and Savor. This new spot isn’t just good, it’s hands-down THE best Indian restaurant in Pacific Beach. Trust me. I’ve tried every single spot and this one blows them away. Every dish bursts with flavor, and the menu offers both amazing classics and unique specialties that I constantly find myself craving. The Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken are spot-on: creamy, rich, and perfectly spiced. A more unique favorite of mine is the Coconut Chicken Curry. It’s a refreshing twist that blends fragrant coconut with tender chicken in a curry sauce that smells so good that I wanna bathe in it haha. They also have an extensive selection of Indian breads which are all fuego. Especially the garlic and chili naan (Bullet Naan). It’s the perfect mix of spice, garlic, and chew; ideal for soaking up every last bit of sauce. Another reason this spot stands out is the value. The portions are good and the pricing feels just right for the quality you get. It’s hard to find restaurants in PB that strike this balance, but Himalayan Spice and Savor absolutely nails it. Pacific Beach is a super tough neighborhood for restaurants. Too many great places have come and gone. Mainly because it’s so many seasonal tourists now. But honestly, I pray to the Indian food gods this restaurant doesn’t shut down. It’s a true treasure in PB’s food scene and deserves WAY more recognition. I’m hoping it’s just because they just opened and need to work on their marketing, but the place definitely needs more customers! So please go check them out!! You won’t regret it!! Everything we tried was excellent, from start to finish. Flavorful curries, fresh naan, generous portions, and great prices. Himalayan Spice and Savor is hands down THE top Indian restaurant in Pacific Beach. Five stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Typically, I write a review when everything is really good however I took a photo and I had a coupon so it encouraged me to try. It's a new spot. It's close to home. The food was good. Nothing to raise your eyebrows. The rice was better than the protein or the sauce, which was strange. Service and the people at the front were welcoming ish.. the lady on the phone seemed like she didn't wanna put in the order to see what the price to save her time but I insisted that she should so I could see if the discount was worth it. At the end of the day the discount was worth it. I got to lunch specials, which is why there was no naan bread. It was $35 . I'm probably not gonna go back. Still gave them a pretty good score cause I'm a nice guy, but you can decide based on what I said. I'm not the only person to review, im Trying not to only leave outstanding reviews. This one's just good and that's OK. It's better than most just not spectacular. Four stars..... it would be five if the other reasons were there. You have to shine and all aspects before after and then the food of course...

Great tasting food. Food serving time: 20+ mins Food order: Chicken Biryani (4.7/5) - it was so good that we took some for the next day too. Loved the raita that came with it, was fresh. Mix veg tikka (4.5/5) - ordered medium spicy, was packed with different veggies and well cooked. Taste of the gravy/ curry was a little bit on the sweeter side and everything went well together. This came with fragrant white rice. Laccha paratha (4/5) - nice and buttery Service: great, very intuitive staff Parking: plenty Washroom: clean

We arrived at restaurant 8.30pm the closing time is 9.30pm they said kitchen is closed. Thanks for your response however I was not the only customer and few customer arrived and disappointed with your staff response and rudeness towards us. When we questioned about your opening times on Google the response was its for takeaway and the restaurant closed at 8.30pm and only takeaway till 9.30pm. This is not the way to treat customers who turn up to your restaurant based on reviews and food, only to be disappointed and get disrespectful response from your staff, when questioned please let me speak to owner then the response was we are closed. I'm very disappointed travelling there with my wife and two children and get this kind of treatment and your staff did not care . I'm from abroad and really disappointed with service and above all it was very special occasion as it was my...
