La Pacifica RV Park — Attraction in San Diego

If you’re looking for somewhere to park your RV in San Diego look elsewhere! We’ve been parked here for years the property has been going downhill since the current manager took over rude and favoritism amongs neighbors not to mention whenever you need to talk to someone at the office it’s ALWAYS closed. We have even called out sick and came during our lunches to solve matters and guess what? Closed! But the ladies state that “they are busy,” yeah I believe it maybe watching novelas or with their own personal drama yet they can’t even provide mail to correspondence. Also they will have your car towed even if you’re just moving it for a quick minute and even split the cash unhook profits with southcal towing I have pictures and video of them, one of the ladies even tried to pay me to delete the footage on my motorcycle go pro. Seriously if you’re looking for a peaceful place to park in San Diego, look in El Cajon there are tons of RV properties there that are not only cleaner fairer friendlier but A LOT cheaper and the same or more amenities. There are tons of places in San Diego county make sure you don’t pick this one. I hope someone at Thompsen Properties sees this and does an evaluation in the current management for their own sake many other neighbors share the same opinions but don’t say anything because they are afraid of retaliation from the office and managers but I am not since I come from a family who is not ignorant on the law and enjoy a good legal ruck. Do you like drunk drivers running into your lot and running over your property? How about the motorcycles coming out of Tijuana starting at 4am with no legal exhaust pipes? Inside my camper it was a regular 90 decibels. Beyond that, the smell of the Tijuana river was so bad at times you could see a film in the air, and it even woke me up in the night. The community was fairly unfriendly, children in the park shouted racial slurs at our neighbor, constantly scream, kick balls into your vehicles. We waited for the month to be up and with no "lease end date" they still charged us for breaking a lease, charged us a few extra days of rent, when we drove off to escape the smell.
