This was a great morning hike! We parked at the bottom and did the steep climb up to the top along the road. We spent 4 hours here going around each of the different loop trails and checking out the visitor center. We saw lots of little lizards, different plants and awesome ocean views! Near the end of our hike we walked down the stairs to the beach and walked back to the car via the beach. This might not be possible some days during a really high tide, but we did it during high tide the day we were there.

This hike is a must if you are in San Diego area, this area is unique because the TORREY PINES that are actually unique in the whole world you can touch them and hug them here, don't forget your SUNSCREEN, WATER, ELECTROLITES, AND SNACKS. walk from the beach all the way up on to the hills, you will have the ocean fresh breeze on your face and a moment to reflect yourself.

One of my favorite spot to spend evening around San Diego. View from the top is stunning, especially during sun set. Been there several times throughout the year, and loved it every time. There is free parking by the road (hard to find the spot sometimes) and paid parking at the entrance during summer time which is free of cost during winter times.

Aaaaaamazing. The trek can be a bit challenging at times but the views are absolutely worth it. Definitely go in the morning, midweek. There is little foot traffic and some of the areas are so serene and quiet. Definitely a great place to be in nature and appreciate creation around us. There a couple of small trails along Torrey Pines Road. They're...
