Women's Museum of California — Attraction in San Diego

The amount of history of the women's struggle this museum was able to encompass in one room is incredible. The women's movement was told to us in such an exiting way that I now feel very encouraged to continue the feminist movement, to keep women in politics, social works and cultural aspects of our communities, states, and country, so that we don't lose our voice. Not only did I feel encouraged to continue the movement that so many woman fought so hard for here in America, but also was encouraged to continue the movement to fight for other countries on issues such as sex trafficking, ability to take any education or occupation they desire, equal pay, etc. I want to thank the San Diego Woman's History Museum for showing me how hard it was to get to where women are today with their ability to take part in all sorts of things that influence our daily lives both now and tomorrow and how we must not take their hard work for granted, and to thank them also for illustrating how much farther me must continue to push our voice out so that woman are equal to men in every...

Well they post on the Facebook 4/14/18 there is no fee, when I get there with my kids they are asking $3 for student, $5 for adult and free for military to enter and I show the guy the ad dont say nothing about paying and e look at with mean face and said "Oh well we have to make money some way this is a non profit organizaction" I left because the way he spoke with me I do have military ID and I can pay to no problem but is attitude was really poor. Super nice museum, free, definitely worth visiting if you’re strolling along the ex-barracks at Liberty Station. It’s very small (only one room), but full of information and very inspiring.
