Goodwill Store — Attraction in San Francisco

UPDATE: May 17, 2019 Their customer service has gone downhill. I was in the middle of asking the manager if they took a visa prepaid debit gift card. He said no before I could finish my thought and immediately turned his attention to someone else. This made me feel not only not as important but I'm wondering if I even got the right information. Someone please let me know if Goodwill accepts Visa prepaid debit cards. As it states on its manual that can be used anywhere debit cards are accepted. I have used my debit card at this goodwill site just fine in the past.

I love this goodwill! This is my favorite. They always have my size clothes. They are a small store but they have good quality items. The only critical remark I have is I wish they had more kids shoes and toys. Not a big selection. But a great store overall. Great staff as well. All of them...

Unfortunately, this Goodwill location has gone downhill in recent months. Since the staff changes, I’ve noticed questionable behavior—certain employees appear to be setting aside items for specific customers and offering discounted prices to people they seem to know personally. One staff member, in particular (girl with slicked bun) consistently hides items in carts before they hit the floor, which feels unfair to the rest of the shoppers. This kind of favoritism takes away from the experience and values that Goodwill is supposed to represent.

Update as of July 6th. Same thing made a stop and once again the “Elizabeth” or “Lizbeth” was seen bringing out special goods to her customer friends & even heard her ring up a whole cart for only 18$ …. Goodwill needs to look into their...

I went in here recently and was very surprised at the prices of the merchandise. The prices are too high for it to be Goodwill. I might as well go shop somewhere else at least I can return it if it doesn't fit. Parking is still cool and I live in the neighborhood.
