5 stars for the wonderful view and unique geography. Coming here at sunrise is a surreal experience, because you can really feel the Bay Area waking up. You can see the Pacific Ocean to the SF Bay. On a clear day you can see the tip of Pt Reyes peninsula, Farallon Islands, and Mt. Diablo. The place is nicknamed "Orizaba Rocks" locally. Orizaba Avenue north of the rocks has got to be one of the steepest streets in the City that is unknown by many. The only issue that I have w/ the hill is the broken glass that is everywhere from time past and recent. It's a shame that people feel acceptable breaking their bottles and leaving their trash at this beautiful spot. So do yourself and pack it in-pack it out.
