Family Market — Local services in San Francisco

I genuinely hate this place for a couple reasons.

They are insanely overpriced. $2 for an Arizona. $5.99 for Minute Maid Lemonade. $5 for a Bud Light Chelada.

They just make up prices based on the day and who you are. They don't scan anything so somehow they claim to know each price for the 500+ items in the store.

So I came in on a Friday and bought 3 40oz of Miller High Life, a small bottle of Clamato, 3 limes, and a shot of Jose Cuervo tequila. The total came to 18.97. I went back on Saturday to buy the exact same thing and the total was $24.88, I explained that I had bought the same thing the day before and it was cheaper and the guy just tried to gas light me by saying this was always the price and that I was wrong.

Considering there is Anna's 1 block away with fresh produce and Mike's 2 blocks away both places have consistent prices, they scan every item so the prices are set and not made up as they go.
