Mt. Davidson Cross — Attraction in San Francisco

Nice, quiet hiking trail tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near a bus stop. The cross was featured in Dirty Harry where “Scorpio” beats up Harry and shoots his partner, leading to Harry stabbing him in the leg and him howling and rolling down the hill lol. One of the better scenes of the film.

Views up top are magnificent and it’s much less crowded than Twin Peaks, you just have to earn it and hike up and down, driving isn’t an option...

A hidden gem and the highest natural point in San Francisco. It's just a short light hike from the street, and you are greeted with the best views of the city.
