Your description paints a delightful picture of a charming library that's not only well-stocked with resources but also thoughtfully designed to cater to various interests and age groups.
The sea blues and contoured lines theme sounds visually appealing and calming, creating a serene atmosphere for patrons to enjoy. The inclusion of a diverse collection of books, including Chinese and Russian titles, reflects the library's commitment to serving its multicultural community.
Having designated areas for children, teens, and programs speaks to the library's efforts to provide tailored experiences for different demographics. The separate program area with tables and chairs offers a space for events or group activities, enhancing the library's versatility.
The presence of an outside area where patrons can enjoy ocean views while reading adds a lovely touch of nature to the experience. The availability of laptops for use ensures that patrons have access to technology, further enhancing the library's resources.

Two complaints: (1) Parking not so easy, with Saint I students and pub school teaches hogging so many spaces, and City's refusal to establish time restrictions. The older Chinese lady needs to find another job since she doesn’t have the patience to deal with the public, not with the public library, she needs to get a behind the scenes desk job! What kind of employees does the City hire, people who certainly don’t fit the job description,...
