Tacos here are average. Three tacos. Fish, shrimp and mahi mahi tacos with a coke were $14. The little fish taco had this purple cabbage and needed a bit more seasoning. A wedge of lime would have been nice. The shrimp taco contained three shrimps with regular cabbage and an orange sauce. The mahi mahi taco was dry and a little burnt. There are much better taco places in the city. Perhaps I should have been less adventurous and stay with my regular spots.

Seems like the safest bet here, oddly enough, are the fish tacos. I can’t speak for the rest of the food but the baja fish tacos were pretty good, especially for the price. They come with this funky “guacamole” which really just feels like avocado goo, which wasn’t great but that’s my only complaint.

The food here is very good. The fajita platter had plenty of chicken(I’d already eaten half when I took the pic) which was nice and the sauce was tasty. Just the right amount of spice! Would definitely go here again

There was a time that the burritos here were consistently well flavored and filling. I moved away and came back and every time I go it’s a gamble. There are times where it’s flavorful but last night I was so disappointed I had to write in and say something. I ordered a super veggie with avocado instead of guacamole - which they charged me $2.50 extra for when other taquerias will just change without a fee as I’m not requesting anything extra. I came home after paying $17.50 (ridiculous!!!) to bite into a burrito that was lettuce, sour cream, beans and pico de gallo all of which had zero flavor. There was no cheese, no avocado nor guacamole despite paying $2.50 extra. The women working there are always so nice and friendly, I don’t understand what happened over the last few years but I can’t justify paying for food that lacks flavor and paying extra for ingredients I don’t even receive. Guess EBX is the sunset go to for burritos...

What has happened to you? We come here often (once a week at least) but the last 3 or 4 times our orders have been incomplete (as in missing items: last Friday, an entire platter was missing and no shrimp in my shrimp tacos, even after the checkout girl read the order back to us!) or incredibly small portions in other cases (last night, my chicken taco had maybe one tablespoon of chicken in it and friend got a tine bit of fish in his fish taco.) The trouble is, by the time I get home, and taken a bite, I am not in the mood to go back and start all over again. I feel like I have to now inspect what's inside the box each time I pick up an order. I am sorry I have to write this because you are nice people but some of your staff need a...

This place is hands down my favorite place to get fish tacos. I think we have all been disappointed with underwhelming fish tacos but this place knows how to do it right. I prefer the Baja style fish tacos but the Mahi Mahi ones are also pretty good. The value for these can't be beat anywhere else: here they charge $5.95 for 2 Baja fish tacos where as other places charge $6 for one. Absurd. The burritos are also good and the wet burrito is huge so you can definitely share that. Chips are homemade, delicious, and complimentary. And their pico de gallo is done right where there's a good tomato to onion ratio. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good Mexican food in the Sunset. Always nice to support local...
