I went in with a picture of the exact lettering I wanted for a window sticker and asked if they could make it and they said yes no problem. They sent me 3 designs that weren't exactly what I asked for. So I said thats fine they can just refund me because I was paying $70 for it and want what I asked for and what they said they'd have no problem doing. They said they would refund me everything but $15 for the design fee which upset me because if they had given me what I asked for I wouldn't even need a refund. They gave me attitude over it and said what they made was the same so I went in to argue it and the red haired lady and the tall boy with overgrown hair tried to argue and act stupid. Eventually they gave me my full refund but if they say they can do something don't take their word for it cause even when they cant they try to keep ur money. There attempt at what I gave them looked like a temu cheap knockoff. And they get defensive when u challenge them. Don't waste ur money there. The one I picked was nice and detailed the one they made wasn't blending one color to the next or detailed like I asked for and the line underneath wasn't even centered...

I placed a custom order on Monday. The representative who took my order, asked me what day I would like it ready I advised him I could pick it up on Wednesday. He said that was perfect. Wednesday came around, I received no call from the shop. Therefore, I called to follow up on my order on Thursday. A representative named Matthew then answered the phone and advised my order was not ready, but to give them an hour, and my order would be ready. Therefore, I called back an hour later. A representative named Deedee answered the phone. I called to follow up on my order (which I was advised it would be ready in one hour) only to be informed by that it was still not ready. I requested a refund on my order due to lack of organization amongst them all. Upon requesting a refund she became very disrespectful, her customer service wasn’t pleasing, and lacked professionalism.

I would like to notate that Matthew was phenomenal, but unfortunately Deedee’s actions lacked...

I've used them for ,several things Don't know why, ALWAYS they tell you a day it's gonna be ready NEVER EVER is it,100% failure,ALL of the time,the last time I used them I should have known better,And sure enough they quoted a day and 100% it wasn't ready,I ended up just letting them keep the money I paid just to be done with the let down of it not being there,The suspense was to much.They should never tell you a day it's gonna be ready if it's not,Check my 100% Brutally Honest Reviews,over 375,000 people see them,I tell it like it is,even if it cost me $20- the operation they have is just too small and causes them to not deliver on...
