Bank of America Financial Center — Attraction in San Jose

So disappointed with their services. The customer service rep told me that I have to upgrade my bank account in order to use my debit card. A new debit card was issued to me at this bank and the customer service rep helped me with my check deposit using that new debit card.

In fact, she opened another new saving account for me and transferred all my saving to that new account without letting me know. Also, she took my previous debit card. I wonder if this is a fraud? How could a bank closes the account owner's saving account and transfers all the money in that saving account to a new a account without letting the account owner knows? After this incident, I called Bank of America, none of the customer service rep can help me. No one can really tell me where my saving is being transferred and where my check is deposited. First of all, it is impossible to reach anyone at this branch by phone, I called 8 times today since I had an urgent matter and nobody picked up. When I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, there was a huge mixup regarding my scheduling and multiple people had differing opinions of what was the issue. At the end, I still ended up waiting a long time to receive service. To top off my visit, I was told by my teller that he “won’t play with my money” which irked me since I expect nothing less of my bank. Overall, staff are unprofessional and I expect more...

The Worse branch in the Bay Area!!!! Always busy with tellers just standing around talking and not even trying to help people. Worse of all they do not know their own banking policies. The manager on duty Zameel is terrible!!!! Doesn’t help customers, nor doesn’t want to verify anything. I know many higher ups in the banking industry and have no idea how this guy is a manager.
