Best koi fish seller I’ve been to. I’ve bought koi fish from here for the last 6 years, and I was always impressed by the customer service, quality and beauty of fish. I have bought about 15 koi fish here, ranging from $3000 - $600. All beautiful “keepers”.
The premises are clean and professionally run, the place is huge and the choice is vast. Just recently, I discovered that this place is fantastic, in a different way: I moved to San Francisco and the professional who built our new pond, recommended a seller in Oakland (a shorter drive, in other words; and it was supposed to be top notch). I was so disappointed (little choice, the prices were very high) when I got there that I turned on my heels and drove all the way down to San Jose.
We got 4 gorgeous, healthy, lovely koi fish to a very appropriate price. The staff is always super friendly and in a good mood, which is always lovely to witness. Makes the buying experience even better. The fish are handled carefully and gently. And I am always in awe when I look at the biggest koi fish they have - majestic, curious, smart creatures!
