La Plaza Market — Attraction in San Jose

We’ve been coming to the store since they opened this location and the first set of employees were so nice and welcoming. We honestly loved shopping here. Then they started hiring new staff and they are so rude and stand offish. I dread buying meat because the butchers pressure you to hurry up and order they seem annoyed when you ask questions, and when you request a certain portion of meat they go over and don’t listen when you say it’s wrong. The cashiers are rude just throw your food in the bag. Today instead of asking me if the price was correct on an item she shoved it in my face and said “correct” I understand and speak Spanish so I could have communicated with her. It’s disappointing that it’s the only grocery store in our neighborhood but because of they’re bad attitudes it makes us not want...

Came a few times, I work close by. The first time the new cashier charged more wrong. I told her and the other cashier helped get my money back and said sorry she is new. But it's better to over charge then to not charge she said. 2nd time I bought ice cream the jaritos brand, and 1 was missing and they where all deformed. They melted and they frozen it like that. Today I can to get some stuff. The Fud brand hot links the big pack was in the wrong price area, all the regular hot link. I took a photo and the person in charge also walked with me.
