I used to shopping in this store to bought gift for my family, feel ok with the overall service. But since Dec.2018 they changed so many staff and every time I visits again, they just give me a poker face and told me to wait. I tried several times to let them arrange a staff which could remember my preferences every time I come back, but one of the new manager just checked my profile and told me I didnât purchase anything and left! Wow, I believe part of the shopping experience is good communication and decent service to satisfy customer, but I canât feel it anymore, Shame on Louise Vuitton Valley Fair!
Two weeks ago, I visit the store and talked to their manager- T.A(man wearing glass and smile a superficial smile) I need to change some box because I gonna move to other states, so T.A told me he will definitely contact me the next day to tell me the answer whether they could help me, but nothing comes the next day, and I wait for one more week, still no reply at all, even email(Iâm pretty sure I give him my email and number). So another 5 business day, my moving deadline almost come, I call the store again, they just ignore my request, and told me they will help me later the afternoon, still, NO REPLY.
If you want to have a nice shopping experience and service for your purchase, give up this store! They donât value the service easily forgot what they promised to customers. Canât believe this is...
   Read moreI will Never purchase from this Louis Vuitton in Valley Fair again due to the unprofessionalism and customer Service. I've made many purchases from Louis Vuitton before but from the Beverly Hills and Las Vegas locations. When I walked into the Valley Fair location I wasn't even greeted. I had to walk up to someone to get help. I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding my sunglasses that they sent out for repair for me.. A supervisor by the name of Masi Aminyar came out and immediately had a unwelcoming and sarcastic approach. Very unprofessional with my husband and I. When I explained to him about the defect in the craftsmanship of my sunglasses, he told me, "unfortunately, he couldn't do anything for me." When my husband said "we spend so much money at Louis Vuitton, Then he told us they Treat each situation case by case. And depending on how much money customers spend they might be able to do something for us. After he said " he couldn't do anything for us and he had to follow protocol." So he contradicted his words. Why would you say depending on how much you spend the situation could be assessed. Shouldn't you be able to help All customers, regardless of how much they spend in the store equally?! Customer service is everything. And honestly if they can't repair something as simple as sunglasses then I would reconsider shopping with them. I will stick with Dior and Chanel...
   Read moreI am so grateful for the service provided by Masi Aminyar. He is their team manager. I had severe melting of the glazing on one of my bags from several years ago. I baby my bags and hadnât used this particular bag (lumineuse pm) in several months, maybe years? I wore it out without realizing what had happened. It was terrible - sticky, melted, blue colored glazing was all over the dust bag and over my clothes and car seat. All of the seams and handles were affected. This was a special bag and I was devastated. I contacted the customer service option on their app and was told they could only fix some of the bag and for a relatively large fee. I gave up on the bag and wasnât sure if I should literally throw it away. I decided a while later to bring it in to this store to get an opinion in person before throwing it away. Masi came to the rescue and within seconds he identified the issue, knew it was a known faulty glaze from the specific year of production. He promised it was an easy fix but also offered store credit. Because this bag is discontinued and I also love it, I opted for the repair not having the highest hopes despite his optimism. I just picked up the bag faster than expected and it looks great!
