I am not one to give bad reviews or call a provider about a gift I received. But, the metal container the flowers came in leaked all over and the flowers looked on the edge when they arrived, likely because of the water leaking out. The card says to call if there are issues, so I did. I was told that this container just arrived 2 days ago (?) And to put a plastic under it. Also got the rebuke that the flowers came from Ecuador, so they could not be droopy and on the edge. So, I called to lie about the arrangement I just received?
Looks like this is how this provider responds to poor reviews -not even apologizing, let alone offering a remedy, and dismissing complaints as unfounded. They have not changed this response style for over two years by looking at other reviews.
So, why offer 100% satisfaction if this is not true, and instead they are being rude and dismissive? Poor, poor, very poor...
