4 weeks, and my laptop was never fixed. I reached out multiple times and spoke to someone different every time. No one had a clue what was going on. I got a quote on July 1st, asked if they noticed my screen was a touch screen and they said they would order the correct one. Said to me not to worry, this was a routine fix. weeks went by. I stopped in on July 21st and was told that they ordered the wrong screen and the new one had just showed up that day and it would be done that evening or first thing in the morning. Read moreThat's a problem with your record keeping then. I was definitely in. I had a computer go in and then be sent to Asus. I tried to be sympathetic to the store on the situation being somewhat out of there hands as they got less then the service they expected from their "partner" Asus. There was a lot of delay from Asus on parts. Eventually I stopped receiving updates from the store and they'd get an attitude when I'd call. IT TOOK A YEAR TO GET MY COMPUTER BACK! Finally someone discovered that a past employee had stuck it in a pile and nobody had informed me it was back from asus. And apparently computers can just sit around your store unaccounted for....
Read moreThe staff was very friendly and prompt! I took my computer and burnt USB in for repair. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. They explained by options and made sure that I made the best decision for my devices as well as explained that the cost outweighed the benefits. They told me that I would be better off buying new, rather then putting more money into the device that I currently had.
