Twin Star Entertainment — Restaurant in Sandusky

The guy that waited on us, who I believe to be the owner was extremely rude. We had called days prior to reserve a few lanes. Gave our name, phone number, number of expected guests, date and time we would be coming...all good. When we got there we were told thats not possible and we were treated as if we somehow did something wrong. We were still able to get some lanes, so no big deal...aside from how we were treated. Then when it's time to pay he insits that one person has to pay for everybody bc there is no way he can do it individually for us. He then starts demanding that somebody pay him x amount of money and just repeats it over and over getting louder. We pay him because we already have numerous people there and several more on the way. Every other person that came there after did indeed pay individually. This whole thing could have and should have been no big deal at all, had it been handled with any decent customer service. I am a retail manager so I get it. Mistakes happen, things get busy, it can be overwhelming, but I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. We won't...

So I was very upset with this place and will not recommend or go back. So the internet said they closed at 11 but they closed at 10 no big deal.. we showed up at 930 and when we walked in two people that worked there said they were closed.. we were like what why there's like over 30 people here the guy was super rude said he was busy teaching someone new how to clean a grill. After I told him he was being very rude and please don't treat us like this he said ok il let you play one game. If he would have offered beers to me and my friend we would have spent even more money. But he didn't and I couldn't even bowl because I could hear him talking about us with locals. we played our game we left very unhappy not to mention we left before ten. dozens of people were still there. They probably could have stayed open and made bunch more money in my opinion. Overall, a really sad experience. I called to schedule a birthday party for my girls and they immediately shut me down and literally told me they were going to charge me more for no reason, to just come pay for it as normal instead of a party. And i was okay with that... so i paid for 2 hrs, two lanes, ten ppl, two large pizzas, pop, tipped well, ordered alot more food. Our time was up at 830. There place was dead, and i wanted to extend another hour, but they said they would charge me twice as much for half the time. So i declined, because that doesn't make sense. They burnt the crap out of my daughters' birthday cookie. The girls behind the counter were as high as a kite. And the entire time they played god awful, slow, sleepy, depressed music.
