Justin Anderson and the rest of the team did a superb job selling our house in record time (by current standards in the market). Justin exceeded our expectations in many ways, he did an impressive job taking the time to explain every step of the process, working directly with us to showcase and to have our house in the best presentation possible before making it available to the market. Constant and open communication was key to having a successful selling strategy; from proper staging, finding the right listing price to attract customers, to a fantastic negotiation process when multiple offers were received for the house, making this experience smooth and stress-free in so many areas.
I know, all that is good, but what about results? We received offers the same night the house was listed, and several more on the open house. House was under contract in less than 1 week. We received 14 offers, and 12 of them over the asking price, we were hugely impressed and pleased with the interest in our property, the amount of private showings booked, and the tremendous traffic during the open house. In summary, the house was listed on a Thursday, open house on Saturday, and the winning offer accepted on Monday. YMMV of course, but these are real life results for us.
Next step in the journey; finding a new home. This is a tricky one, as we had some very specific requirements for the new house, and they were able to pretty much check all the boxes. They were very patient with us visiting several homes until we found the right one. Their expertise and guidance during the whole buying process was the key for an excellent negotiation to buy the house. We can't be happier working with Justin and the rest of his crew.
