T.J. Maxx — Local services in Peachtree Corners

I purchased 2 Anastasia Beverly Hills foundation sticks from this location and ended up returning them (yesterday) due to them being the wrong color for my skin tone. I told the cashier that I USED THEM so that they wouldn’t return them to the sales floor. I work around the corner and came here TODAY to look around for some more makeup and LOW AND BEHOLD, the same 2 foundation sticks I returned are on the sales floor. I asked the manager what their policy was on USED makeup/facial products and she ensured me they discard anything that’s been used. HOW?? When I see the 2 foundation sticks I used back on the sales floor. I buy a lot of makeup/facial products Fromm TJ Maxx but I found this to be disgusting!! I love this location! They seem to always have a better selection in their inventory every time I come. The store is always so clean and organized. The staff have great customer service and always willing to help. Due to COVID the dressing room is closed temporarily and you can’t try on anything in the aisles. I saw someone get called out about that. You can still return your items if they don’t work out.

Their beauty area selection is pretty big and has a lot of this that you can find in popular beauty stores. I love their home selection is so many cute and unique things you can find for a reasonable price.

Their located in a great spot in the plaza with Target and Publix. Plenty of parking.

Let me first off say that I work in retail, so I understand what a struggle it can be. The store has a decent selection and is mostly well kept, but overall I find the staff here very rude. It seems there may have been a management change as the previous manager was always very friendly and acknowledging of both customers and staff. On a recent trip, I received no eye contact, no returned smiles, and no friendly greetings from anyone working. Being there felt hostile. I expect to wait in line, but the cashier didn't say a word to me after I greeted her, and she had absolutely NO sense of urgency with a large line forming.
