IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE READ THIS!! I been around the block living in Los Angeles, Riverside, Fullerton, and Long Beach. I have been to multiple restaurants and businesses and NEVER have I experienced as EXCELLENT service as I have at this business! Hands down best customer service I've received in my 35 years of life. THEY HAVE IT TOGETHER! If you are a detailed observer you will notice what I notice. Everyone in the business is where they are meant to be. The young guy in the front, patient, soft spoken, kind, and gives you a feeling that you will be taken care of and YOU ARE. The guys in the back know what they are doing, are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The "general" as I like to call him now is the man! He knows his business and deserves to be a leader. He went above and beyond the call of duty as they say. I went there stressed out and the guys brought me down from elevated to calm. I had a problem with my HP IQ770 with all kinds of issues. They were in constant contact with me the whole time and in the end even gave me the ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE OUT of 5 stores I had been to!! If they don't fix anything THEY DON'T CHARGE YOU!!! I am literally blown away by this group. You just don't find intelligent AND HUMBLE people like this anymore. My grandparents would be proud. I bought a replacement lid/LCD/glass digitizer for my HP laptop on eBay from their sister company, Eva's Computer Parts. When conversing with them before the purchase, they patiently answered, in great detail, all of my questions. Unfortunately, when I tried to install it after it arrived, I just could not get the video working (I figured it was probably something I did wrong when trying to install it). I called and talked to Abel, the owner of the company, and he said I could ship my laptop up there (I live in San Diego), they would get it working and then ship it back at no charge. This was on a Thursday and I didnt want to wait to get the unit back until early the following week, so I decided to drive up there on a Friday. When I got there, a really nice, friendly young guy named Vincent met me at the door, and told me Abel had filled him in on the whole thing. He took my laptop, and within the course of an hour or so got my unit working perfectly (it was due to a misconnection I made to the motherboard). He did not charge me a penny for it - I really trust them and if I ever need a part, I will first try to find it from them on eBay. I wish they were down in San Diego, I would trust them to do my repairs anytime!

Read moreI have been here 2x. The first time I had dropped my computer and cracked the glass on the screen. I heard about this place from a friend of a friend and mistakenly went to the place up the street where they were rude and wanted to charge me over $200 to fix it. I decided to keep looking and found this place (where my friend had tried to send me originally). The guys were so polite and calm and charged me $100 to fix it. At that point I became a big fan.
The 2nd time I went I had somehow messed up the settings on my computer (I am very ignorant about these things) and these guys fixed it in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything. I gave the guy $20 to buy lunch because I was so grateful!
My point is that these guys have ethical standards and skills and the inventory to fix your problem. I would send my grandmother to them...
