Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I went here wanting to get one of their egg sandwiches and the girl at the register said they were out so I asked about the birthday cake pops and they were out as well so I said it was fine and asked about the coffee cake, the girl told me they did have that so I ordered for that. I was told more than 10 MINTUES after of waiting, that they DID NOT have the coffee cake. My time was wasted for no reason. They could’ve said that from the start. Not only that but they gave out drinks to people that came AFTER me, everyone had gotten their orders while I was waiting, only to be told they don’t have what I ordered and I ended up being late for work. Today I went again with my family, all of our drinks were made poorly. There was barely any coffee in the cup, there was literally more whipped cream in the cup than coffee, you could tell right away because of how light it was and it wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup. I dislike this place so much. If I could, I would give 0 stars. If you can’t do something so simple...

The afternoon staff lacks customer service most of the time. But today was the worst! I was feeling sick and ordered a tea for in store pick up bcuz I had a vehicle I didn't feel comfortable going in drive thru with. So I get there to pick up and its locked. I waved the staff down and a guy opened the door to tell me to go through drive thru. Why?!?!?! It was in store pick up. Why would it be available online if you're going to have doors locked?! I asked to pls give me my tea which was already prepared. He refused, asked to call customer service and closed the door. You were already at the door... why not just hand me the tea?!?! I was calling customer service then I saw that same guy leaving for the day with what im sure was my tea in hand!! _

I ordered on the app and was happy that there is a new starbucks open here. I went in and waited for my next drink to be made but the barista said I only ordered two not three. It was no big deal because I had my receipt to show her and she made me the third drink. She wasn't very friendly even though they were not busy at all but, again, it wasn't a big deal. When I got home I opened the venti hot chocolate so I could give some to my little brother and it looked like the cup held only enough to fit in a grande cup. When I opened another drink, it also looked like it was filled an entire size down. I honestly was so disappointed at this point because no other store has ever given us our drinks like this before. I did try calling the store instead of putting a review but no one...
