Subway — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I never write a reviews I’m usually the one reading reviews but this one tick me off a lot. I was there today May 27th 7:30 exactly .When I used to go they always have great customer service. it been 6 month since I came back. There was only a woman and a New employee getting trained. The woman took my order while the new employee did something else First of all I had to repeat my self 5x for the Italian bread and she looked at me as if she didn’t know what I was taking about. She then proceeds to tells me to tell her in Spanish. I am not fluent so I tried my best. Every topping I told her I had to repeat 2x or more she would stop and look at me for 3 second no idea why . So we get to the register she doesn’t even push my order to me or hands it to me she leaves it there in the counter and says “thank you” I had to reach almost by the registered just to get it and then she slightly pushed it . I was getting soda as I was leaving she was getting mad at the new employee because some other employee had taught her how to clean different I guess she wanted the teenager to do it her way . I genuinely felt bad for the new employee getting trained anyways subway please make sure she is certified to trained others with out an attitude or not having patience. Please have her take a customer service review...

I got in @ 9:45 when there post says they close @ 10 stood in line and listened to 2 females talk about family drama for about 2-5 min until another customer came is and called for them ans he took his order ans left, then the woman came to me where I had to repeat "wheat" 3-5 times and "Everything " when I was asked what bread and what sides, then after paying I turn to fill my drink and she says to her co-worker "kick the white boy out" in Spanish (apparently some "Wedo's" are trilingual ), so a few seconds later another english second language woman comes il to me as im about to sit down and say "were closed already" so I start laughing and say "ok" I walk out to sit on my tail gate of my truck where I watch the same woman take 5-10 min to gather all the placards from the meridian and oddly enough I was done with my meal before she was done her 1 st step in most closing procedures ...needles to say im never coming to this...

I stopped in to the Subway at 1601 Grand Ave. in Santa Ana this morning. Noticed that they were offering Bagels with cream cheese as a new breakfast item for $3.49. I ordered the bagel and after toasting/microwaving the bagel the young lady was wrapping it up I asked her "Did you just put cream cheese on one side of the bagel and not the other? With a straight face she said yes. I asked does that mean just one side of the bagel has cream cheese on it and the other doesn't? Again "yes". With a dumbfounded look I asked her if that was normal and again she said that was the policy. She then offered to put cream cheese on the other half if I wanted to pay for more cream cheese.

Does anyone wonder why the world is going into the crapper when you can't even get a schmear on both sides of a bagel? That will be my last trip to...
